Management and Social Justice Conference 2023
On April 26 – 29, come together with scholars, practitioners, and students from around the globe for invigorating keynotes and interactive panel discussions, workshops, field trips, and networking sessions. Join us in thinking of management and social innovation in terms of larger questions of social justice to create workplaces that are more democratic and inclusive. Participate in a Paid Design Sprint / Charrette
Join a Parsons design sprint / charrette to explore how we might deepen people’s sense of belonging – in a short period of time – through creative design. The goal of this project is to showcase your work, and create a scalable activation at the Parsons Benefit on May 24. Career Advising Spring 2023
Attention current MS SDM Students! We are happy to announce that we are bringing back our MS SDM Career Advising sessions from Monday, February 13th – Friday, February 24th. In these Advising sessions, MS SDM Faculty and Alumni meet with current students for the chance to voice their aspirations and questions about life in the design world post-graduation. This year, Career Advising sessions will be conducted in small groups in 45-minute virtual sessions. Jorat: An exhibition for Iranian artists Co-Organized by Emilia Sandoghdar (SDM ’23)
Two young Iranian women, Anahita S. And Emilia S., are organizing an exhibition featuring a diverse array of Iranian artists to show Solidarity with the courageous Iranians standing up for their rights. The exhibition will take place from February 6th-11th, 2023 at Espacio Gallery in London. The event is empowered by provenance.io, a venture by Roxanna Zarnegar, Part-Time Assistant Professor at Parsons School of Design.
