See the information below to learn more about these opportunities, including career resources, advising sessions, student and alumni networks, international student resources, and more general resources:

Working Spaces

2 W 13th Street, L 906 – SDS conference room. Can be booked Monday – Friday, 9-5pm by emailing program administrator, Jonathan Yubi Gomez at

66 Fifth Avenue, N 603 – MS SDM Designated studio space. Can be used between classes. View Fall 2022 schedule for N 603.

Career Resources

Reach out to Hope Newman at Graduate Career Advising to develop your job/internship toolkit. Services include resume and cover letter curation, portfolio review, networking strategies, and mock interviews in preparation for phone or video interviews. Live Advising Sessions are provided for students throughout the semester, which are posted on Narwhal Nation and our Instagram @ISSSNewSchool.

Making Center | get access to a wide range of tools, processes and materials that are available in the Making Center to enhance your creative growth
IT Learning Services | get access to free applications from Adobe, explore the technology labs that have the equipment you need, set up wireless printing for your convenience and so much more.
University Learning Center | provides workshops and tutoring including writing and ESL support.
Student Health Center | provides counseling and other health services.
