This page presents student work from the MS Strategic Design & Management graduating class of 2021, showcasing the creative and intellectual achievements of graduating students’ work in their capstone course, Integrative Design Studio-2 (IS-2). The MS SDM IS-2 capstone course explores the overlap between business and design. It brings together what students have learned in the courses they have taken throughout the degree program, and encourages complex multidisciplinary projects requiring iterative, collaborative and innovative responses.
This work is also featured as part of the Parsons Fest annual series of art and design events and exhibitions, where cutting-edge student work is presented to the Parsons community and the public. Projects are organized into distinct themes: Systemic Interventions & Living Systems, Participatory & Pluriversal Design, Digital Transformation/Human Technology, and Sustainability.
