Artists Use Sound to Create 3D-Printed Ceramics

Dutch artists Ricky van Broekhven, a spatial sound designer, and industrial designer Olivier van Herpt created intricately patterned 3D printed clay sculptures using sound wave vibrations. The artists mounted a speaker below a 3D ceramics printing platform and captured the magical creation in the video below.
