KonYogurt is an artisan yogurt company based on a local small dairy farm in the Dominican Republic, and a startup that is just beginning to market the product nationwide. As the company enters the market, they have found finding buyers for their yogurt a challenge. This project identifies the ideal consumer, studies the consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities in the market to design several solutions for KonYogurt around how to pivot the yogurt and the brand in the target audience. The solutions were divided into three main categories: Awareness, in-store experience, and product development (a future experience opportunity).
