Beastie is a play-based learning organization that creates a new way of doing inner work through EPIC adventures, enabling us to build our emotional playground. We imagine a world where no feeling is left behind. The FeelingsFirst foundation allows us to create this new world. 

 

Feelings are messengers, and we need to befriend them to let go of that which limits our evolution. Arrested emotional energy ultimately leads to dis-ease. We tune into our Beasties to help us name our emotions, tame unconscious reactions, and adapt to our untamed emotional world. Beasties transforms this world through a play state of mind. Our secret sauce is a new emotional language that uncages emotional charge and allows us to come clean with each other about our wild side. Failures and blow-ups are opportunities to do it differently, to iterate, modify, and evolve.  Our adventure playground takes care of our feelings in moments of crisis when we are experiencing emotional charge. We translate tension and adversity through play to navigate our inner world and better our relationships in the outer world.
