My research sought to get to the bottom of the role leadership plays in systems thinking within the context of organizational designs. Through mergers and acquisitions, I wanted to inform my research by understanding the restructuring of organizational systems as a result of the accelerated pace of dynamicity and behavioral changes in work cultures, affecting technological infrastructures at a macro-level. As innovation is the center of growth strategy, I further advanced my research by deciphering the stigma surrounding the etymology of the word “innovation” and its co-relation to disruption in new economies of scale. Intending towards the north-star to align work cultures into a sci-fi reality, I embarked upon my research journey to ultimately provide a win-win state amongst both loyal and enthusiastic corporate employees and growth-oriented profit makers. 

 

Amélioré provides a design intervention with multiple applicabilities beyond mergers and acquisitions – informing the technical, financial, and behavioral aspects of organizational design – with its key features of empathy building, agility, collaboration, and role-playing.
