beam is hiring User Growth Ambassadors to help us disrupt how businesses give and how millennials take action.

Founded by Brown alumni with combined experience at McKinsey, Google, and Microsoft, beam allows consumers to discover socially responsible businesses and drive their social giving with every purchase. We leverage charitable giving to drive customer loyalty, facilitate new customer acquisition, and generate actionable insights on consumer values within and beyond each partner’s customer base. Meanwhile, we’re using cumulative, purchase-driven donations as a gateway experience for millennials to invest more meaningfully in the causes they care about, guiding them to sequentially unlock functionalities to contribute their own time and resources to high-impact nonprofits.

We’ve partnered with Panera, Pinkberry, and Think Coffee in New York City and Providence so far in our pre-launch phases, and we’re looking for awesome college students to support our rapid growth. Your responsibilities include representing our brand and driving downloads on campus and near participating retailers.

This is a compensated position with performance-based incentives that’s ideal for students looking to explore business, product development, tech, and entrepreneurship.
