Solution Summary:

The student team helped Go Laadli—an organization that aims to create a global movement of women problem solvers, change makers and leaders based in India—scale their programming, creating a more sustainable infrastructure both organizationally and financially. The students developed a comprehensive plan that streamlined judging for their hallmark Lead Like a Girl Challenge program, catalyzed the power of the young women to help drive work forward in the organization, and explored data monetization as an alternate revenue stream.
