Event | Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative: How to get your first check?
Join us for a discussion on how to get your first check for your venture, the first in a series. In our first event we’ll focus on founders who received grant funding as their first check, and funders who write grants for the earliest stage companies.
We’ll be connecting with founders and funders who will give you tools, tips and tricks on how to go about raising the type of capital that makes sense for your stage, vision, values, and purpose.
There are so many options out there and not all of them are right for your type or stage of venture, or what you ultimately see as the outcome of your efforts.
What will you get out of the event? You’ll learn how to navigate grant funding as the first check for a social impact business, and how this differs from angel funding or a loan.
