GoalPost is a service ecosystem that empowers millennials to discover and nurture their authentic purpose and design their unique path together with a values-based community. Millennials & Gen Z seek a sense of purpose but face barriers to achieving this due to social, cultural, and organizational factors. GoalPost helps ground users in their core priorities as they go about their daily lives and builds a values-based community of like-minded individuals who contribute to each other’s growth journey. It consists of experiential, physical, and digital components to deliver peer-to-peer mentorship and community building, personalized coaching, and a toolkit for self-reflection and motivation. In the long-term, through the shift in user choices, the platform aims to nudge society and organizations towards a new idea of success that is rooted in what the current workforce desires: purpose and meaning.
