Sichun Song

Sichun Song is a design strategist and service designer. Before Parsons, she was also admitted by the graduate programs in Royal College of Art (UK) and IIT in 2013. Graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Song holds the Bachelor degree in Industrial & Product Design. During her 3rd year in university, she was exchanged to study at KISD (Köln International School of Design) in Germany.
Her professional experience includes a rewarding internship at Argodesign based in Austin, during which she did a concept design project on UI of future smart home, IoT and projected interface which featured by Fast Company; during her internship with Ark Design(Shanghai) in 2012, a leading design consultancy in Shanghai, she was involved as an important role in product innovation projects for clients like Intel; she also worked on designing Nespresso accessories during her industrial design internship at Michael Young Design in Hong Kong. In 2013 she won the Hong Kong Government Talent Development Scholarship by the award-winning landmark design for memorizing the famous literati Xiao Hong. The landmark she designed will locate on the beach of Repulse Bay which will be the first permanent public art piece on Hong Kong’s seaside.
