Joe Wheeler graduated from Washington University in Saint Louis in May of 2013 with a BA in Architecture and Religious Studies. In the Transdisciplinary Design program, Joe has focused on media for social change and is currently pursuing a thesis investigating how children’s media can be used to help parents start a meaningful conversations about race with their young children to combat the development of implicit racial bias.
