The SDS community extends a big congratulations to the 1st year Ms SDM students selected to be part of The DO School’s Innovate NYC 2018 cohort this summer! The team will include Aryanna Martin, Cristina Iregui Casas, Adam Chagani and Renuka Parashar.

As participants in Innovate NYC, these students – along with 15 other students from New York universities – will be tasked with building an empathy-driven understanding of a system which currently offers unequal access to youths in career development opportunities. This “Future Pathways Challenge” will have the team looking into how they might enable youth from under-resourced communities bridge the gap between education and employment – creating pathways to meaningful, family-sustaining careers!
