Existing Conditions aims to connect individuals with local businesses through immersive experiences that highlight places off the beaten path, spark the formation of new relationships, and help make travel more accessible.​ We create unique virtual experiences that link travelers with the natural and built environment through local businesses, customs, and artifacts. Our carefully-curated selection of global destinations offers travelers an opportunity to uncover something new and unexpected about places they may have never heard of, have always longed to visit, or want to reconnect with. We strive to offer experiences so enriching that they become a stepping stone to meaningful in-person engagement. We hope that the introductions and connections made through Existing Conditions lead to lasting relationships with local communities. And to help with this, we make the connection between you to these local communities first-hand and donate 10% of proceeds to organizations adding to the betterment of these areas.
