MS SDM faculty member Christian Schneider is looking for a research assistant for the areas below. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, possibly with a related background or significant experience. You should be interested in working with Christian on one of the following areas:

Access to education: Extending reach and inclusion through innovations unveiled in online education and collaboration during the pandemic. Collaborative platforms, cultural and disciplinary heterogeneity as a driver for innovation. Access to education in Africa, existing and potential connections to international institutions, extending on a previous research in the DR Congo.

Organizational Design: Research into leadership and collaboration models in organizations. Strategic Design interventions placing innovation competencies in organizational structures and building communication models. Challenges for system design to enable shared governance. Design for living systems, evolutionary processes to coalition building, network integration.

Workload would be between 4 and 6 hours per week for this semester. If you are interested, please submit your CV and a few lines referring to one of the areas above, why and how you would like to contribute.
