Each spring, Student Development and Activities (OSDA) honors outstanding leadership demonstrated by students across the university and student organizations. Each spring, students, faculty and staff nominate individuals and student organization that have shown exceptional leadership in social justice. This spring, DUE student Masoom Moitra was nominated for three Social Justice Leadership Awards –  the Emerging Leader Award,  the Social Justice Champion Award and the Alma Mater Award. Masoom was awarded the Alma Mater Award.
