Parsons Elab Incubator program is in partnership with NYDesigns, an incubator and co-working space dedicated to hardware tech startups who participates in the IN2NYC Startup Visa Program offered by NYCEDC.
The IN2NYC Program helps international entrepreneurs expand or relocate their businesses to New York City by facilitating collaborative partnerships that qualify entrepreneurs to apply for cap-exempt H-1B visas.
DEADLINE: May 3, 2017

Most Important FAQ’s Criteria to Meet:
– Board members must be residents of US
– 20hrs time to the Laguardia College (location of NY Designs)
– Your company must be at a stage where it can pay salaries to partners/founder commensurate to the going rate (can be including stock). A 3rd party NYCEDC lawyer helps decide this but you need to be able to provide this and be somewhat financially stable.
Interested IN2NYC applicants see attached IN2NYC flyer with information on the requirements, the program and all application info. Here’s some background information on the IN2NYC program, and stories of recent program fellows.
