Laura Simão is a business development and design strategist, an entrepreneur and academic. She is the founder of ReSet Studio, a platform to help people learn design thinking and use it to develop three superpowers – creativity, courage and insight. She helps her clients and partners become more creative, self-aware, mindful, and redesign their thinking so that they can get the results they want, for themselves and their businesses. Her clients include entrepreneurs, startups, senior executives, investment bankers, professional services firms, non-profit organizations and academic institutions.

She started her career at Goldman Sachs, where she spent the majority of her time in the Urban Investment Group (UIG) doing social impact investing. Her background also includes several years working as a business development strategist at Debevoise & Plimpton, a leading international law firm based in NYC.

​She has a masters in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and is certified by the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT) as an Integrative Life Coach, a neuroscience-based program on coaching the unconscious mind.
